We raise Aberdeen Angus beef. They are a faster maturing beef which makes our beef exceptionally tender. They are all grass fed and finished with our custom grain (grown on our farm with no additives). These cuts are individually vacuumed packed and labeled. USDA inspected.
Each box contains 25 pounds of meat (cuts could include):
3 pounds (Fillets/ Tenderloin/ Rib eye/ NY Strip)
1 - 3 pounds of Sirloin Steak
